Our Board Members are a group of enthusiastic individuals who give of their time to serve the HEA membership by coordinating programs/events, hosting luncheons, and creating networking opportunities.
The Hispanic Employees Alliance (HEA) was established in 1991 by Founding Members: Manuel Ahuero, Ray Cadena, Frances Vasquez, Marie Alonzo, Chico Porras, Sylvia Robles, Henry De La O, Graciano Gomez, Roberto Calderon, Art Milian, Aurelio De La Torre, Joe Rodriguez, and Art Gomez that adopted the mission to encourage and enhance the professional and career development of Hispanic employees.
The Hispanic Employees Alliance (HEA) is dedicated to the professional development and advancement of its membership. We strive to promote programs and activities that develop professionalism, integrity, and strengthen our standing in the public sector and in our communities.
The HEA is a great way to network and connect you to the leaders of the San Bernardino County. Becoming an HEA member will provide you opportunities for growth and development in your career.
